Long wear lip pencil.
Twist the lip pencil until you have the desired amount of tip.  There is a blunt built in sharpener on the bottom of the pencil if you wish to shape the pencil tip before application.
Smooth and moisturising texture. Dries matte. Apply gloss over the top for a wetter look.
Applies best on uncracked lips so be sure to exfoliate and moisturise your lips before use.
