I strongly feel that one of my purposes is to help women to understand and see how amazingly wonderful they are.

In an ideal world, the way you look shouldn't define who you are or who you think you should be, however, it can be so easy to fall into that trap!

It starts innocently enough... we go searching for "inspiration" and before we know it, we've fallen down the rabbit hole of social media stories where we start  comparing ourselves to the photoshopped, filtered influencer who is being paid to make us feel like we are missing out on something.

Let me shed some light on this scenario...  the only thing you are missing out on is how amazing YOU are! There is joy within you that is being stolen away and you don't even realise it.
